My recollection is that he stated that he believed it happened so
infrequently as to not be worth considering, therefore the OKBridge
rule which he introduced was that all bids had to be explained on
request, even if your partner would not know the meaning. This was
quite some time ago, I've not been an OKBridge member for five years.
