I would bid 3S and I am not worried going down should partner raise.

KJxx,x,xxxx,Kxxx gives good play for game and he is likely to have
more.
Of course 3S is dangerous but so is Pass.
I do not think it likely that both 3H and 3S are down but both
contracts could well make.
This looks like a good fit for both sides  with at least 17 total
trumps
If LHO tricked me I congratulate him or her and take note of the
player.
