   They are not.  Tony Reus' former column is now written by me, and I do 
not advocate playing against the laws.

   Actually, my memory is that you were wrong, but in the quality of the 
answer only: I think Tony actually believe that 'No agreement' was very 
rarely true, not never.  But even so, he is wrong: just look at the 
number of pickup partners.
