Seeding of Seating

Hi

I'm trying to track down proper methods of assigning seating in a
duplicate pairs tournament,
Mitchell Movement (about 60 pairs), where the top players will be
seeded based on rating points.

e.g.

Seed 1     N/S on table 1
Seed 2     E/W starting table 17
Seed 3     N/S on table 2
Seed 4     E/W starting table 23

or whatever


Two sessions.
