Pass. Clearcut, in my opinion, because after this start it is highly
unlikely that partner is going to be strong and short in hearts (he is
in a balancing seat after the obstructive raise), and so even if I
balance with 3s I don't expect him to raise to 4s. this is,
therefore, a partial vs partial situation. Since bidding 3s is right
will earn about 7 imps (+140/+170 vs -140) and passing when right will
earn about 5 imps (+100 instead of -100), I do not think that the imp
odds favor bidding.
