Online bidding problem

At favorable vulnerability you hold 74, KT, 2, AQT98653. Your RHO in
an OKB IMP mini opens 2NT. What do you call?

Since it seemed that 3C would not provide much of an obstacle to
exploring major suit games, I tried 4C. If partner had nothing, it
should not be too bad at IMP's and it would not take much to make.
Meanwhile, they would have a nasty guess.

This did not actually have a guess, of course, since one must allow for
OKB rules which are the equivalent of bridge in the 60's when it comes
to skip bids. My LHO passed as quickly as one could click a mouse and
RHO doubled. Partner had the heart ace, but no club for a finesse, so
I was -100. They can't make anything.

The board was basically a push, but it does illustrate an issue. It
would be very easy for online bridge sites to build in a hesitation
over tempo-sensitive calls (maybe Goldman style instead of just skip
bids) and perhaps even put in some fuzziness.

If the ACBL is going to award hundreds of masterpoints to online
players, perhaps this should be a requirement. Any thoughts?
