I love playing against Big Club systems. It is so much fun to make
someone who has announced that he has a strong hand start showing his
suits at the three-level. It was even more fun to have the system-dorks
explain to us that they gained more options when we interfered. The
Precision-gurus who taught them the system had taught them that mantra
and they repeated it and repeated it and took bad board after bad
board.

It has. I have around 2000 but I haven't played much in years.

An open national event? Well, that is impressive. I have a hard time
getting interested except for National events and many of the people I
play with want to go to nationals and play in the stupid
regionally-rated events. So I stay home. Honolulu in November is
tempting.
