Your do***ent is wrong. Check the official one on the ACBL web site, it
says "over any 1NT or 2NT bid by partner including a rebid of 1NT or
2NT."
So in the auction 1C-1S-1NT/2NT-4C, 4C is Gerber. And since OKbridge
rules are that you alert non-SAYC bids, this doesn't need to be alerted.
On the other hand, if your agreement is that 1H-2H-4C is Gerber, that's
alertable.
