I assume we are discussing specifically what is alertable on *OKbridge*.

Slam-Bids BLK, GSF, DOPI, Gerber over 1N, 2N openings, resps and
rebids
So if your side opened with 1N or 2N - not alertable.
If you opened with anything else and then bid 4C as Gerber - alertable.
