 I could hardly believe this, until I counted them up!  Even more
 if you count in synonyms such a Hamilton/Capp/Pottage. Such choice!

 Dare I suggest that page 1 omits to mention that double has to be
 penalty 2nd hand in EBUland, levels 2 and 3  :))  I note you do
 discuss the much less stringent rules in 4th.
