This thread  is about much more then cheating only. It is about on-line
bridge. It is about human nature. Is it possible to regulate human nature?
Hamurabbi started as we know, and still ongoing ... Why on-line bridge
shall
solve what was unsuccessful since the dawn of homo sapiens or homo ludens
in
our case?

The solution of the most successful on-line bridge site BBO is simple,
zero
rating system and black mark unwanted players. That latter category is far
more populous than cheaters alone. Contains all those who poison others
enjoyment for any reason. But that topic would cover more than rgb could
bear, lol.
