TROLL Phase 6
Charges Opposing Allies A Fee
You have the power of tolls. As a main player or ally in a challenge,
each opposing ally must pay you 2 Lucre. Your opponent in the
challenge may pay the Lucre for any player whom he wants as an ally
who can not pay you. Allies who were on the cone before you must pay
you or return to bases. If a player is forced to ally against you,
and he can't pay you, take at random a card from his hand.
History: Tired of others interfering with their business, the Trolls
decided to make that interference their own business opportunity.
The Trolls either get the Lucre or are left alone. Either way, they
win the Cosmos.
Use Only In A Game With Lucre
FLARE
Phase 1
Wild: You may buy back your tokens out of the warp or another player's
control on a one for one basis. If retrieving from a player, give him
the Lucre.
Phase 6
Super: Your toll is now 5 Lucre and includes your opponent. If he
cannot pay you and is offensive player, the challenge is over and
tokens return to bases. If he's defensive player, his tokens do not
count in the challenge, including for consolation or Victory Boon.
PULSAR
Phase 6
Con: If you ally against Troll, the main player whose side you are on
pays your toll. However, he only has to pay Troll 1 Lucre. If he
cannot pay, no toll is collected.
Phase 6
Pro: Your toll is now 4 Lucre. Your opponent cannot pay for his
allies. If an opposing ally cannot pay, he may allow you to take two
cards at random from his hand, choose one to keep, and give back the
other. Otherwise, he cannot ally at all.
Eon/Avalon:
Power
Toll is 1 Lucre.
Flare
Wild: Pay 1 Lucre to release all your tokens from the warp. If you
have tokens on another player's star, you may pay him 1 Lucre to
return those tokens to bases.
Super: Toll is 2 Lucre.
Pulsar
Con: As an ally, the main player on whose side you ally pays your
toll.
Pro: Main player opponent cannot pay for allies.

Cosmic Monopoly
Free Parking is no longer free. Another player landing on Free
Parking must pay you $50 as a debt. This happens before Free Parking
money is collected. Free Parking is not considered a property. In
long version, the toll is $10 per cosmic token the allies use.
Commentary: This is a Lucre power from Matt Stone's set. There is no
intimidation factor against opposing allies, just a penalty for them
to be one. Though not explicitly stated, if a player voluntarily
tries to ally against you but cannot pay you, and your opponent
decides not to or cannot pay for him, that player cannot ally against
you. For the Super Flare, if the defender does not pay and thus his
tokens do not count, they will still go to the warp if your side wins
the challenge.
