TRADER Phase 6
Trades Hands With Opponent
You have the power of transference. As a main player in a challenge,
you may exchange hands with your opponent before playing Challenge
Cards. You each then keep the new hand. You may use your power only
once per challenge.
HISTORY: Originating on a Trojan Cloud in a heavily traveled star
system, the crafty Traders learned how to use the most valuable debris
that drifted their way and discarded the rest. As their numbers grew,
however, they began to search out markets for their low-grade
material. With a wealth of resources always at hand, they became
adept merchants and soon were carefully scrutinizing all galactic
transactions. Now they have begun to parlay their economic foundation
into Cosmic control.

Wild: In any challenge, you may trade one token from the defensive
system planet with any other token, except your own, on any other
planet.
Phase 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Super: You may trade hands with any player, not just your opponent.
PULSAR
Phase 6
Con: As main player against Trader, if he wants to exchange hands, he
instead trades hands with any other player of his choice.
Phase 6
Pro: If this card is in your hand before exchanging cards, you may
keep it before exchanging. If you get this card through the exchange,
you may not play it. After exchanging hands, you may decide to
exchange them back.

Cosmic Monopoly
Long version only. You can make normal Monopoly deals with other
players instead of having to wait until a Compromise/Compromise
situation as per normal Monopoly rules. A deal can be made when rent
is due, but it has to be before a challenge is made and cannot reduce
the debt in cash to less than 50%. If no such deal is made, either
the player pays the rent or challenge the property as normal.
Commentary: This is a resource power. This is a good power. You
aren't stuck with poor cards. You play your best cards then get rid
of your junk at another player's expense. Sometimes you get junk in
return, but you win out more often over the course of the game.
In the original Eon Wild Flare, it specifically mentions that you
cannot move your own token. In the Mayfair version, the grammar can
be interpreted to mean that while you can't move your token from the
other planet, you can move your token from the defended planet. I
prefer to maintain the original Eon intent.
