Power Of The Day -- Teddy Bear

by Hadsil <forumite@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 19, 2008 at 03:56 PM

TEDDY BEAR Infinity

Follows Others' Tokens Around

You have the power to be cute. When you share a base with another
player and one or more of that player's tokens leave that base, one of
your tokens from that base may follow each of the other player's
tokens wherever they go (except to a moon and unless prevented by the
Gorgon). Place each "mascot" token beside the token it follows. Such
"mascot" tokens do not participate in a challenge (e.g., they are not
added to their side's total, they do not cause you to be an ally with
their side). Mascot tokens must follow their host until the end of the
challenge, at which point they stay wherever their host took them.

History: Showing off their big, round, teary eyes, the Teddy Bears
pacify the most aggressive of the universe. Unable to resist, they
bring along the Teddy Bears to where ever their travels bring them.
The Teddy Bears seek to be everywhere.

FLARE

Infinity
Wild: When another player retrieves all of his tokens from the warp,
you may release all of your tokens as well and return them to bases.

Infinity
Super: Mascot tokens that would wind up in the warp may instead be
returned to bases.

PULSAR

Phase 8
Con: When Teddy Bear follows you around as main player or ally, they
count as your tokens for purposes of challenge totals, consolation,
and rewards.

Phase 8
Pro: Your mascot tokens count towards challenge totals. They are not
considered ally tokens in any way.

Eon/Avalon:

No Changes

Experience Rating: Advanced

Cosmic Monopoly

Long version only. When your cosmic tokens follow others to
properties, you gain an ownership share, even if it=91s not a =93normal=93
property.

Commentary: This is a rules power from Matt Stone's set. With
similarities to Parasite and Glue, Teddy Bear can become a nuisance to
other players. You provide nothing for them but get rewarded for
their efforts and pay for their failings. Use the power wisely.

The Wild Flare allows you to release your 12 tokens in the warp when
another player gets back his one and only token in the warp.
