STAIN Infinity
Cannot Be Removed
You have the power to remain. Once any of your tokens are on an
external planet base they cannot be removed by any player, including
yourself, for any reason.
History: The Stains are a tenacious race. Once they've clasped their
claws on a new world, they cling to it with ferocity. What's yours is
theirs, and what's theirs is theirs.
Do Not Use In Games With Filth.
FLARE
Interphase
Wild: Place this Flare on a planet. All tokens on it cannot be
removed by any player for any reason for as long as this Flare
remains. A Flare Zap can end this effect at any time.
Infinity
Super: You may move your tokens on external bases.
PULSAR
Phase 8
Con: As main player, if Stain is a winning ally, he can only get
rewards regardless of which side he's on or status of the cone.
Infinity, Phase 8
Pro: Your tokens in your home system cannot be removed by other
players for any reason. If you lose a challenge there as the
defender, they go to the warp but cannot go to another player's
control or Void.

Cosmic Monopoly
Long version only. Ignore cosmic power. Properties you solely own
cannot be challenged. Players must pay rent. You do not need cosmic
tokens on a property space for a property you solely own. Your
Monopoly token cannot be moved or have its movement controlled by
other players. Only normal Monopoly game effects can move your
Monopoly token. In multi-power games, if you have another power that
affects your Monopoly token movement, it takes affect as normal for
its use.
Commentary: This is a resource power from Matt Stone's set. This
power is both weak and powerful. It is powerful because once you have
a foreign base it is yours to keep. It is weak because your
availability of tokens shrinks over time quickly, and you aren't
likely to be invited often as an offensive ally or even to have allies
as offensive player.
For Matt Stone's set they allow Stain to be used with Filth in the
game, allowing Stain to share bases with Filth. However, in my
opinion this isn't fair to the Filth power, and a simple "Do Not Use
With" is fine by me. Wild Void can be used on a planet affected by
Wild Stain or have Stain's tokens. Wild Stain can be used on a Moon.
Sanity does negate Wild Stain for the duration of the challenge.
Stain's power is only for planets. Stain's tokens on Moons can be
moved normally. Slider can use his power for tokens affected by Wild
Stain. They are considered in captivity and would go to the star of
the player of the Flare. Such captivity also counts with respect to
Masochist. Stain does not like Enterprise at all.
