Power Of The Day -- Scoundrel

by Hadsil <forumite@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 15, 2008 at 11:38 AM

SCOUNDREL Phase 7

Takes Card From Opponent

You have the power to pickpocket. As a main player in a challenge,
before cards are played, you may take a card at random from your
opponent's regular hand. You may keep it or return it and draw a card
from one of his allies, which you may keep or return. You may
continue taking cards until you have found one you like, or until you
run out of opposing players to draw from. Once you choose to draw,
you must keep one of the cards, and you may not draw from the same
player twice.

FLARE

Phase 7
Wild: As main player, you may take the top three cards from the deck
before playing your Challenge Card.

Phase 7
Super: You may look through your opponent's hand to choose the card
you want. If you don't take one of his cards, you may look through
his allies' cards to choose a card you want until you pick a card.

PULSAR

Phase 7
Con: As main player against Scoundrel, he must pickpocket from your
allies first.

Phase 7
Pro: If you don't like the card you picked, you may return it to try
again. The original pick cannot be chosen again. You may return the
second pick as per your power and go on to another eligible player.
You may use this card for that pick as well and so on.

Eon/Avalon:

Flare

Wild: As main player, you may take the top card of the Challenge Deck
before Challenge Cards are played.

Cosmic Monopoly

Whenever you land on someone else's property and/or the same space as
a another player's Monopoly token, except In Jail, after you pay off
debts, roll 1 die and take that number times $10 from the player. In
long version, it's ok if you challenged the property, but you had to
have lost such that it's still your not property. You can still
pickpocket another player who happens to have his Monopoly token on
that property, even if it's the owner.

Commentary: This is a resource power from Matt Stone's set. This is a
good power, less obnoxious than Mutant, but still annoying. You have
many chances of gaining a good card at the expense of another player.
