QUANTUM Phase 7
Rounds Off Cards
You have the power to round off. As a main player in a challenge,
after cards are played but before they are revealed, you may call
"Round off." You then declare whether the number on any Attack Cards
played will be rounded up or down to the nearest multiple of 10. When
the cards are revealed, determine the outcome of the challenge with
the new numbers. A card that is already a multiple of 10 remains
unchanged.

Cosmic Monopoly
For all debts owed to you, debts are rounded up in the following
increments: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, and each multiple of $50 there
after. In long version, this is before the 50% penalty should someone
challenge your property and lose. The additional penalty value does
not further cause another rounding. For all debts you owe, values are
instead rounded down as previously with debts below $5 at their normal
value. In long version, this is also before the 50% penalty should
you challenge a property and lose with the additional penalty value
not further causing another rounding.
Commentary: This is a combat power from Matt Stone's set. I'm not
quite sure what to make of this power. While you can make your
Attack 16 become a 20 for extra challenge points, your opponent's
Attack 11 also becomes a 20. Whether you round off up or down,
perhaps it's best to do so when you're up on the token count to gain
the advantage should Challenge Card values end up the same.
