I think that, in practice, it's quite a close approximation to what
most of the stronger players on this NG think.
However, extensive experimentation has shown that gnubg is an
extremely strong player -- probably stronger than the world's humans.
That is an _empirically verified_ claim.

So why not respect gnubg's opinion?
