Is there going to be a Monty-M. Petch match or not?

I have emailed both addresses supplied by Mr. Petch, but have not
received one from him.  If he is no longer interested, that is fine,
but it would be nice to let everyone here know.  I am willing to play
a 15 point match on the first weekend, as a "good faith" gesture, but
after that I want to receive payment before a second match is played.
Just thought everyone would want to know where things stand at this
point.
