Furthermore, and as I've already stated, you could play Torus on a
rhombus with the assumption that the North and South edges match up
perfectly and that the East and West edges match up perfectly.  Then
the two players would have identical loop paths.

Bill's big attempted point was that Torus is an unequal goals game and
*therefore an unfair game*.  Whether played on a rhombus or a
hexagonally tessellated square, there couldn't possibly be a more fair
game than Torus.
