I actually managed to win this game - you have to time
your attack and evasive actions the right way. Stab and
step back, stab and step back...

Oh, okay. Never tried that - always aim for the empty bed
(or under the bed).

I have gotten several times close to exit, but those guys in grey
(guards?) always get me. Will keep trying.

It is a bit tricky one, isn't it? First time I tried it I aimed the
grenades
on top of them so most of those missed the target. You have to add
some 'lead' into the aim and even then, it is quite easy to miss the
target.
