Question: Were there any Amiga 500 games that required *more* than 1 meg
of
RAM to operate? Or that could use more than 1 meg of RAM for
"enhancement"?
A beautiful thing about having this extra RAM is that I can use transdisk
or
transwarp to create .adf disk images on my RAM drive from floppy disks I
want to back up and send them via serial cable to my XP machine, and send
..adf images to the Amiga from my XP machine to the Amiga RAM drive to
write
out to a floppy in one operation; before adding the extra RAM, I was
having
to read or write each half of the floppy in two separate operations.
I know, I know. I really should invest in that Amiga Explorer program
I've
heard about. :-)
