After the name of this game?

I am trying to think of the name of a game in the 90s on the Amiga and PC.
It was similiar to Red Alert and Command and Conquer etc. There were two
teams and you try to dominate the landscape by building your team up etc.
Once you win an area the flag would go blue or red and vice versa. You
could
claim an area and it would be like a factory and it would make new battle
robots for you and pump them out etc.
Can anyone assist?
