The APDL version works fine here (A7000+, 72 MB RAM, RISC OS 4.36).

A little bit confusing ist that you have to press key "j" to switch to 
joystick (so written in the manual) but it is to controll the ****p by 
mouse.

I have never seen a joystick for RISC OS.
