A long time ago I ask here for a problem I had with the game Ixion.
Yesterday I found the solution: The in Ixion using font is so bad that
I always read "5" or "Z" for "S". This with no possibility to save the
status of your game makes the game gradually tiresome (I'm playing and
trying over a year now!). Here is the walk-through until the Carmilla
Star port now (I hope my English is not too bad to it understand for
you):
Ixion - First part
Tipp: Make the first part so far as you can!
Shot-up man. Turn right and take a look. You can use the vehicle to
move arount. You can also use the vehicle as weapon.
Go to 68 80 86. Enter the building. Speak with everybody in there and
take everything possible. Note: There is a lifter. Don't miss the
second floor! You need: ratiation pills, shades, food, money.
Leave the building and go to the bar at 82 80 7A. Buy a drink. Speak
to the woman in the front. Give drink. Ask about Zillessen. You get a
I. D. card. Leave the bar.
Go to 7F 80 94. Enter the building. Wear the I. D. card now. Enter the
next door between the two guards. Note: Don't try to do this without
the I. D. card! In the next room you will find Zillessen. Shoot him
up. Whenever his shooting, go to left or right. After this, leave
building.
Now go back to 68 80 86. Enter building. Go to the man who given you
the job to kill Zillessen. Speak to him. He gives you a missile
launcher. Leave building.
Use radiation pills and wear shades.
Go to 46 80 65. Take care of the tank. It's a nerve. Enter building.
There in is a lot to do now. Go through the first room. In the floor
after, go left. Shoot-up all the red boxes. After them you will find a
door. Enter. In the next room with the green stairs, enter left door.
In the next big room with the moving red containers, use the missiles
lunchers to shoot-up the yellow automatic-canons on the other side of
the room. One of the canons is hidden behind a pillar. You must go
forward and then turn you to the left side to shoot-it up. Don't miss
the bridge! When you fall down, you're dead and the game is over. Also
take care because of the red containers. They will move you sidewards
from the bridge!
Enter next room and take there the pass card on the desk.
Leave room through the door just by one step. Turn around until you
are in the front of the door. You will see there on the left site a
pink button. Press it. A lifter takes you up. Enter door. Go over the
bridge to the door at the right side of the room.
A step behind the door, turn to the right side (3D 81 6E). You will
see six red switchers. Its must be so (from the door): up, down, down,
up, down, up. Now you can go over the bridge to the desk at another
side of the room and take there the floppy disc (at 3D 81 71).
Leave room. Through next room. Back to the room with the red
containers (3F 81 6C). Don't forget the lifter! Turn around and press
button. Through room (d5 80 6a). Enter stairs. Enter room. Use
computer. Find out and notice the name and syntax of it: Tornolc,
reactor on, reactor off, reactor status. Use quite to log-off.
Enter next room (47 80 60). Keep directly in front of the door on the
left side of the container. Use missile luncher to destroy the two
canons (yellow) on the wall through the room. Destroy the blue cabinet
with your gun until it is grey. Leave room. Through next room. In the
room with the green stairs, leave it in the door straight. Through
room to the floor (47 80 68). Enter the door with the radioactive
symbol. Enter all two rooms and get what you get. You will find
another passcard and a IR glasses.
Leave the building now. You must care two pass cards, I. R. glasses
and one floppy disk with you.
Go to 4B 80 4D. Straight ahead hrough room. and next room. You will
find a computer in the small room. Use it and log-on to the tornolc
system. The switch the reactor off. Quit computer and use the I. R.
glasses. Go now to the lifter. On the second floor, straight ahead
forward to the room. Take there the pass card. Back to the ground,
switch on the reactor and leave the building.
Go to 95 80 4B. Enter building. Use the laser canon to destroy all the
containers and to open the way to the next room. Go to there and take
the translator. Leave building.
Go back to 86 80 86. Enter building. Go to the room with the computer
(74 80 7C) and put the floppy disk into the floppy drive. Then use
computer. You will find the required passwort on the I. D. card. Open
the closed door. Enter it. Take the battery. Go to the second floor to
room with the trader (70 80 81) and sell the battery. You'll get a lot
of money for it! Leave building.
Go to AD 80 86. You can destroy the small canon with the vehicle, if
necessary. Just drive over it. Enter building. Bribe the guards with
the money. Straight ahead to the next room. Take money and passcard.
Leave building.
Go now to 85 80 AF. Enter building. Take a look to the computer.
You'll find informations about the history, present and future. Note
the Carmilla Star Port at (Sector A12/5).
Go now back to 68 80 86. Enter building. Go to second floor and to the
trader. Buy back your battery. Leave building.
Go to 7A 80 88. Use the battery beside the door with the flash at the
right. Open the by the letter 'L' marked door. Take the pass card on
the desk. Go back to the first room and open the by 'K' marked door.
Use the computer. Set destination to A12/S. Transporter on. Go to the
flickering transporter. It will send you now to the Carmilla Star
Port.
