There are hundreds, if not thousands of text adventures that you can 
play on a RISC OS computer available from the IF-Archive.  Pretty much 
anything written in Inform, TADS, Hugo and several other systems is 
playable on RISC OS.

Check out the rec.games.int-fiction newsgroup for discussion relating to 
the playing of interactive fiction.
