general questions for a 5th grader

Hi, I am posting this on behalf of a colleague of mine who's 5th
grader has thse questions about game developer for a presentation. The
questions are mainly about designing, not sure how much the overlap is
of development v/s designing, but I will appreciate any response.

that?
