I have been playing around with XNA and have played around with OpenGL in
the past. If I wanted to get really serious about game development, what
would be the preferred technologies to really look at? Is there a site
that
can get me up to speed about what is happening in the industry that is
aimed
at developers?
As I ask this I am bouncing around on Gamasutra, but I don't expect to get
the overview sort of encapsulation that I would like.
Any authoritative responses will be much appreciated.
