Wel basically it is pretty simple. It calls every module and ask them when

it should run again (GetNextTick function). (HeartBeat is the funtion that

does anything necessary for that module (audio/video/scripting). The
minimum 
time from all that is the time there is absolutely nothing to do, so it
can 
sleep for that time (using waitforsingleobject). If an event comes in from

the main thread it signals the mutex and it will fall out of the 
waitforbobject.
