It occurs to me that you should run your questionnaire on web forums
specifically aimed at indie game developers. Figuring out where those
forums are is left as an exercise to the reader. I haven't been
hanging out on 'em so I'm not fresh on 'em. Hm, maybe I should.

Also, get rid of questions 6. and 7. You've got the answer and you
don't need to ask dozens of people for the answer. If you leave them
in, it'll sound like you're too lazy to Google, and then people will
be a lot less interested in answering your questions.
