3D animators/artists can be hard to find, especially when you're
trying to do something like make a freeware/open source project

Exactly 20 hours? Well, usually artists are part of a development
team, and work for the duration of the project.

On a side note, there are very few companies that require artists to
do things like make a single model. This is because most Dev teams
need a dedicated artist, in case more media is needed for the game
after the model is made.
