I've got a triangle made of 3 points.
I'm trying to find the distance of a 4th (known to be enclosed) point
from the plane described by the 1st 3.
I figure the answer has something to do with cross-products or
something, but don't know how to figure it.
Psuedo-code or similar would be handy.
