DEVELOPER PARTNER MANAGER - St. Petersburg or Moscow
DESCRIPTION
A Developer Partner Manager (DPM) is an organized, creative, and
ambitious person who works with game developers to create an industry
leading portfolio of casual game software across multiple platforms.
This position needs to show initiative and the ability to work
unsupervised, while also collaborating as a team with the rest of
Publishing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Negotiate licensing and distribution contracts with new
Developers, balancing Company's needs and priorities with that of the
Developer.
* Serve as a "single point of contact" for all the Company
related business needs of your assigned Developer Partners and their
games.
* Collaborate with the Publishing Department to identify closer
partnership opportunities with your assigned Developer Partners that
will provide compelling revenue potential and differentiation of our
publishing portfolio as well as added value to the Developer.
* Serve as internal "champion" for your Developers' games to
ensure successful widespread deployment to distribution, effective
marketing, and other post-launch performance optimization and support.
* Provide support to the Publishing Department though competitive
research, sales analysis, and participation in developer relations
outreach.
REQUIREMENTS
* 2-4 years game industry experience, PC casual game industry
experience preferred, experience with mobile, handheld, and X-Box a plus.
* Strong initiative, creativity, attention to detail and
organizational skills required.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong negotiating and sales skills, with contract experience
required.
* Cross-cultural communication skills a plus. Must be willing to
travel.
* A passion for top-quality game content required.
* Excellent visual communication skills and usability design a
plus.
* High proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel,
required.
* Programming skills/knowledge a plus.
