Yes. Read FAQ 48 on my site (see sig). And hire someone who has actually
worked in video games in Japan to teach your course. One likely person
would
be the guy who used the screen name "talby" and posted recently on the
IGDA's Breaking In forum (thread entitled "Need for Japanese game designer
in U.S.") He might well be interested in helping you teach this course.
His
English isn't so good - but that's actually very good! Because your
students
have to be fluent in Japanese anyway...
BTW, this was off-topic in the comp.games.development.design newsgroup
(where nobody ever actually posts DESIGN topics - they only post
PROGRAMMING
