I thought that too... but then a friend and many online players showed 
me deeper levels. In fact the financial and industrial sides are much

the game's mechanics. Perhaps the designers tried to appeal to a broad 
range of possible players.

The high fragility of networking in RT3 (it even ex****ts crashes on 
connected machines!) leads me to ask: how large a time slice is 
usually allocated for debugging in the game planning phase? And how 
large does it turn out to be in practice, given budget and marketing 
restrictions?
I know that the general answer is "It depends" but hearing about 
different experiences would be interesting.
