patents by reading the excellent Nolo Press book, Patent, Copyright &
Trademark; An Intellectual Property Desk Reference by Stephen Elias &
Richard Stim. ISBN 0-87337-601-3 (see FAQ 8 on my site).
You are venturing into an area where ignorance is most definitely NOT
