What personnel would be needed to create and launch a MMORPG?

Hypothetical question:  Let's say I've found a Mr. Money Bags to finance a 
high-quality MMORPG idea I've come up with.  I anoint myself CEO and then 
turn to hire people to create the game.  Who should I hire and when?  I'm 
assuming I don't need to hire everyone at once, but in stages as the
project 
develops.  I'm wondering what those stages are and who I would hire at
each. 
I'd also like to know the minimum and maximum I should hire at each stage.
