"comp.games.development" should be enough for everyone.

Doesn't look like anyone really posts in c.g.d.* anymore. From a
traffic standpoint, 1 newsgroup would do. Also, if everyone was under
1 tent, perhaps it could set the stage for a moderated newsgroup
somewhere down the road.
Google Groups only allows cross-posting to 5 groups, so I didn't
include c.g.d.p.algorithms. No great loss.
