That fine print is from Sega's introductory print ad for the Genesis:

It's stretching the truth a bit, I suppose, but Genesis games did come
pretty close to "arcade perfect" at times. Perhaps Sega's original
Genesis slogan should have been "We bring home an experience that is
broadly similar to the arcade, but Arthur's feet don't go behind the
grass." :)
