Hello, I'm missing something obvious I suspect. Playing SMAX: Ended turn
with 6 Orbital Defense Pods and Morgan destroyed all six. The data
dictionary talks about a 50% chance of destroying satellites and refers to
deployed vs not deployed - but doesn't define when or how to deploy. Not
deployed at time of creation? Or only when attacked? Is there a specific
action to take to deploy or to destroy the opponent's satellites or is it
just luck?
