Hey gang,
Recently dusted off my copy of SMAC and started playing again.
Don't remember some game effects, though, and they're not explicit in the
manual. Got a bunch of 404's for a lot of the old SMAC links I had
bookmarked, so no help there.
So here's my questions, if anyone has answers or links to still
functional websites:
What are the exact sizes of the different planet size selections?
Tiny
Small
Standard
Large
Huge
Other than the game griping at me if I make a custom size too big, it
doesn't say.
What are the exact game effects of the difficulty levels? As I recall, on
the easier ones, the game "cheats" in your favor, there's one equal
level, and then on the harder levels it "cheats" in the computer's favor.
But I can't seem to find exactly what the combat/production/mineral etc
modifiers are.
