The rules as written say five minutes per move except for (if I recall)
a forced jump with no options, which is one minute.  But in practice you
will see something like chess, so many moves in so many minutes.  The
recent world champion****p is do***ented on the ACF site and I think
somewhere
in there you can find the time limits.
