Yeah, that's totally a Put & Take set. It would be interesting to know if
the tops are gaffed or not. :) Apparently a common scam was to bring a
gaffed Put & Take top to a bar, milled such that if you spin it clockwise
(as most folks do) it comes up Put more often than not, and if it's spun
the
other way, it comes up Take more often than not.
