Very (with 5 R's) rare?
Will-o-wisp Types (Gloams and Burning Souls) are all lightning immune and
90% physical immune, close enough. Add in Stoneskin and they ARE dual
immune.
Wraith types are physical immune, add in Lightning Enchanted and they are
dual immune too.
Finger Mage types are lightning immune and 50% physical resistant. Again,
Stoneskin makes them truly dual immune.
These are just three examples off the top of my head. If I pulled up a web
page and did a little research I'm sure I could find many more examples.
So
while dual immune lightning/physical monsters are not common, Jerry MUST
be
prepared to deal with them. And to call them very (with 5 R's) rare is
misleading, and doing a disservice to Jerry.
