Static, static, static (merc attacking) fireball, fireball, fireball, (or
meteor if she's old enough to have it maxed as he mostly stands still).
Merc
can be reigned in with tele if he's taking too much damage.

A pair of Spirits, A good Vipermagi, Harley and she's quite playable.
Right up to HotO, Spirit, CoH, Nightwing's, 2 x SoJ, Mara's, Arachnid's,
Anni and Torch. (+18 skills although not 105 FCR)
Tal's set is quite good.
You don't need uber gear to play her.

They can be fun. It's best if you have reasonable pings. I got a bit
frustrated living in New Zealand and playing on West with mine. Pings
averaging 450ms spiking to 1.5 seconds aren't great for a teleing
character.
