Hmm. I can download the installer just fine from there, though if you
want to get the whole pack for offline installation, I suggest looking at:

It contains the complete Freespace 2 and SCP plus several mods. It's
about 2 gigs in size and as of this moment (12:40 GMT, 01/12/2006), it's
got 9 seeders and 9 peers.

I've never tried this one, though. I can't say anything about whether it
works or not.
