If you want to keep to Novagames there is "Joint operations" There are 
still a lot of servers out there. CoOp mode is great fun for sniping, 
find a server with a very tough map and try to compleat it on your own, 
great sniper fun...

As for other games I'm playing Battlefield-2 at the moment having moved 
from JO. The downside to both of these games is you will need descent 
hardware to run them. Espacaly Battlefield-2 currently one of the most 
system power hungry games around at the mo.
