There are some squads which require you to download some kind of
anti-cheat software, but I have never tried it out. Also, when
someone is 'burrying into hillsides" they are glitching, which I don't
consider the same as cheating (I know that it is a matter of opinion).
I do believe there are closet cheaters, but it is hard to tell. After
2 years of playing almost every day, I rarely see anyone blatently
cheating anymore. Many cases can be explained by lag or glitches. One
player that has been accused by some of no fogging told me to adjust
my display settings (gamma, brightness, contrast), and it did help a
little, although the difference was not great. I still have to wonder
about some of the players, especially if they can not do as well on
maps without fog.
