LOL as the player of many tank toons, I can assure you that *this* is
one of your primary functions in both PvE and RvR battles. Only thing
is you can't *make* a human player in RvR react the way a CG mob is
programmed to respond in PvE.
So yeah, the Taunting Shout they gave heavy tanks like the Hib hero, is
simply a way to hold all the damage to your heavily armored tank,
allowing the rest of the group to get to work and peel them off you, ae
nuke them, etc.
