I don't believe that they do any more. Control of DF used to be who
held the most keeps (pre NF). Since New Frontiers, they have changed it
to be reflected by who controls the most towers since it is easier to
take a tower over a keep and thus DF "should" change hands more often.
The reason that the BG's don't impact on this is that there are only 2
that contain towers, Molvik and Leirvik. This also goes to explain the
change to the realm tasks so that you can't get a task and complete it
in the BG's.
